Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

Duties: 

· Design ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements

·     Develop/Code ServiceNow solutions to match the design and deliver a defect free product to the customer

·     Research, recommend, design, implement and support ServiceNow platform services, including workflows, ITOM, CMDB, and ITAM, ensuring the overall integrity of the ServiceNow platform is maintained

·     Collaborate with network, system, and application Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to solve ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB gaps

·     Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met regarding coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security

·     Deploying ServiceNow code into Production environment

·     Conducting Demos to help business understand ServiceNow capabilities

·     Upgrading ServiceNow platform to latest versions as recommended by the customer

·     Supporting & maintaining ServiceNow Platform

·     Implementing ServiceNow Discovery and maintaining Configuration Database Management [CMDB]

·     Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, and support users of applications developed by the enterprise application development team

·     Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software

Requirement: Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related fields, plus five years of experience in a related occupation. Travel/relocation required as job will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
